The descriptions on this web site and on the seed packets we sell relating to the species, their characteristics, their hardiness, position in the garden, and fitness for any particular purpose, including consumption, are given only for general guidance. We believe the seed is free from disease and other defects, and is true to name. As stated on our seed packets, all species have been open pollinated in a natural environment, and although we, and our growers try their best to prevent cross-pollination from occurring with other similar species, there is always a chance that it might have taken place. As a result of this, and as is the custom of the seed trade, we give no warranty, express or implied, as to the description or productiveness of any of the seeds we sell, and will not be responsible for the resultant crop in any way.
FairPlay Seed will not knowingly offer for sale seed of any endangered species.
Goods are sold subject to availability and prices are subject to change without notice. Products that are not available will be listed as such on the web site. Where goods are temporarily out of stock we will contact you so that you can choose between having it shipped when it is back in stock or a refund on the item. Orders are accepted at our sole discretion and we maintain the right to decline orders without giving an explanation. We only accept orders from within the United Kingdom.
We take the utmost precaution and care to ensure that the product descriptions, prices, information and pictures are as accurate as can be. Colours of flowers and plants may vary slightly to those shown on the web site and on seed packets due to the limitations of Internet, photographic or printing technology.
Security is one of our highest priorities, and we take every precaution to protect your personal information both on and offline. You may order online using a credit/debit card (we accept Visa Purchasing, Mastercard, Visa Delta, Visa, American Express, Switch, Visa Electron and Solo).
